*  Due to the implementation of the $25 million, alongside the district’s previous approved plans, the nonpublic schools ended up with a total per-pupil of $330.33, $80.33 over the $250 maximum. This amendment serves to reduce the previous nonpublic loans to the maximum and return the remaining $15,342.56 to the district, as requested by the Review Board, resulting in a new nonpublic loan total of $34,000. The district has already made purchases for the nonpublics under the $25 million and will continue to do so until the maximum has been reached”
